  • Do you offer refunds? Unfortunately we do not accept refunds
  • Can I exchange my order?
    • Exchanges are allowed within 2 x 24 hours after you receive your package with tag(s) still attached and the product(s) must remain in original packaging, unwashed, perfect saleable condition.
    •  Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items: underwear, socks, headbands, and personalized products (unless it’s manufacturing defect or shipment of wrong item).
    • For defect / wrong items, please provide proof of video and/or photo to file your complaints.
    • Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer; delivery fees are non-refundable. Once received by our warehouse, returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days. 
    • How do I make my return (for Indonesian customers)?
      • Please chat with us on Whatsapp and send us your invoice so our customer service can assist you further.
      • I don’t live in Indonesia, can I still return my order?
        • Yes, you can email us at [email protected] and write the subject “Return Order #XXXX”. 
        • Once approved, you will be held responsible for all shipping and related fees including tax and custom charges when you send us your returned products. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit, so please use a trusted courier with a tracking number.
