What are your operational hours?
- Monday – Friday: 9AM – 5PM
- Saturday: 9AM-3PM

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
- Orders placed before 3PM will be processed on the same day and typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day; after 3PM your order will be packed the next day
Can I still edit / cancel my order?
- Please chat with us on Whatsapp at the earliest. As long as your order is not fulfilled yet, we can still edit or cancel your order.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship our products worldwide but you will be responsible for paying all the shipping fee and other related taxes / duties should they occur when your local courier delivers the package.
What size should I buy?
Kindly refer to our size chart but we don’t recommend sizing up for sleepsack / sleepsack walker items due to product safety risk. If you still need help with the sizing, feel free to Whatsapp us so we can assist you further.
Do you accept corporate / birthday hamper orders?
- Yes, we can customize our existing products to cater various needs such as baby showers gifts, corporate gifting or birthday goodie bags. With a minimum order as low as 30 pcs, you can opt for custom embroidery or print. Wholesale prices are also available. Kindly contact us for more details.
How do I care for my Petit Beary apparels?
Our products have been tested to maintain their softness and quality wash after wash. Here are some tips to make sure that they last longer:
- Always wash with cold water (whether hand wash or machine wash)
- Avoid harsh detergent
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash with similar fabric
- Flip it inside out, especially for printed clothings, to prevent chances of fabric pilling
- For sleepsacks / sleepsack walker (1TOG) with inner quilting, we do not recommend washing inside out and they need to be zipped up completely while washing
- For inner pillow, we recommend you to wring it gently (or spin dry if machine wash) then lay it flat to dry.
